Cancelled story

This story replaced Unnatural Time (Working title: Time Heretic) by Julio Angel Ortiz (6 episodes) which was withdrawn, however the following Preview still exists:

Mr. Kite's Cavalcade of Unnatural History is the latest sensation: an all-day festival touring the country in the early 21st Century. Headlined by critical new music sensation Exogenesis, Mr. Kite's Cavalcade provides booths, tents, and activities for all ages, presenting a menagerie of delights: Hot'eph the Living Paradox, the Alternate Rooms, the Seven-Second Empires, and more.
But the Doctor knows that all of this is wrong. He knows that the enigmatic Mr. K is a charlatan of the most terrifying variety. He knows that the Cavalcade is altering history wherever it goes, overwriting local history with something utterly alien and viral. The Doctor understands why Moira is drawn to Mr. K's side against him.
But to stop Mr. K, the Doctor must unravel the mystery of a man who drowned in the desert. He must learn the origins of the Cavalcade, starting with a blind boy and his pet automaton. He must sift through the ashes of a dead Gallifrey and discover the truth of why Moira has traveled with him. And he knows that to stop Mr. K, he must destroy humanity.
The Doctor must put these pieces together and unlock the truth of Mr. Kite, lest he become a curiosity of the Cavalcade, a memento of a forgotten history.
